Service Description:

In-home supports for the activities of daily living * personal care support worker helps with personal care
- assistance with the activities of daily living
- bathing and grooming
- help with special care directed by health care professionals
- help with morning and evening routines
- limited homemaking services
Assistance with daily chores, such as laundry, light housekeeping, errands, shopping, and light meal preparation * home help staff visits are scheduled to meet client's schedule and preferences
