Assistance older people and people with disabilities who are not eligible for Ontario Health atHome South West area and need help with daily chores, such as laundry, light housekeeping, and home maintenance activities * home help visits weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonally
In-home supports for the activities of daily living * personal support worker helps with personal care
- bathing and grooming
- assistance with special care as directed by health care professionals
- assistance with mobility and eating
- help with morning and evening routines
- basic homemaking
