Rehabilitative Care - Hospital-Based Prevention and Education - Oxford and Norfolk

Regulated health professionals providing rehabilitation with a focus on self-management, prevention, and education in a hospital on an outpatient basis. These programs generally do not provide hands-on therapy or treatment services.
