Learn the difference between affective and cognitive empathy to avoid burnout. Identify your own biases and the affect they have on patients. Familiarize yourself with the IN GEAR model.
The workshop is appropriate for everyone. Anyone who encounters patients in the health care system shares the responsibility to ensure the best care and outcomes possible for every patient.
