Additional eye care supports available for Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) or Ontario Works recipients

Eligibility / Target Population:

OHIP eligibility:
- Children and youth 19 years old or younger are eligible
- Adults 20 to 64 years old with an eligible medical condition affecting your eyes
- Adults 65 years and older and do not have an eligible medical condition affecting the eyes are also eligible
