Service Description:

Private home healthcare, specializing in medical and non-medical care for older adults and disabled adults needing additional assistance wherever home is for them * in-facility relief staffing services

Services include, but not limited to:

companionship
light housekeeping
Personal Support Worker (PSW) services
RPN and RN services
physio and occupational therapists
transportation
meal preparation
adult respite services
Motor Vehicle Accident Care Programs

Approved VAC care provider

Fees:

Set Fee * PSW and companion care starts at $45 per hour * Nursing and therapists depend on travel and length of visit (Two hr minimum)

Application:

Self referral, physician or other health professional referral * referral by family and friends
