Support group for caregivers of people living with any form of dementia * a safe space to share concerns, experiences and learn from each other * skilled facilitation ensures confidentiality * educational component increases confidence in ability to care for loved one * each session offers information and support and provides opportunity for questions
Social Group for persons living with dementia available concurrently.
