Service Description:	13-bed acute and rehabilitative care program for people who have had a stroke * 5 acute care beds and 8 rehab care beds * services provided by doctors, nurses, personal support workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech language therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, and social workers
Fees:	Covered by OHIP
Application:	Medical referral required
