Service Description:
|
Supports for people who are pregnant or parenting children ages 6 and under, who are impacted by their own or someone else's substance use- trauma-informed assessment, and treatment planning
- one-on-one counselling (in-person, virtual or phone appointments)
- groups are run intermittently in collaboration with community partners
- advocacy, support, case conferencing and referrals
- harm reduction and relapse prevention planning

Self or service provider referral * referrals are received and screened centrally through the Owen Sound site
|

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
People aged 16 years of age or older and
- are pregnant or parenting children (6 years of age or under) and are impacted by own or someone else’s substance use
- may be working towards access, or involved with Child Protective Services
- reside in the Grey Bruce area
- be willing to participate in the program and engage with the counsellor
