Service Description:

Trained on-call community volunteers assist police in providing short-term emotional and practical crisis assistance to victims of crime and tragic circumstance

Application:

On consent of the victim, the attending emergency personnel call Victim Assistance Services to provide required assistance
|

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Victims of any crime including spousal abuse, sexual assault, robbery and theft, family members of homicide, suicide, accident and/or fire
|
