Community medical centre
Health Clinic - Medical health care focused on family and community health * includes obstetrical services, care of infants (organized and one-on-one support for new parents) and older adults * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes family doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, pharmacists, dietitians, respiratory therapists, and occupational therapists
Dental Clinic - Primary and specialized dental services * staffed by a dentist, periodontist and an oral surgeon
Primary Care Diabetes Support Program - Treatment program with support by a clinical educator physician and a nurse practitioner
Affiliated with Western University for teaching undergraduate students and graduate family doctors
