Service Description:
|
Administers and enforces court orders for child and spousal support
Enforces domestic contracts, such as separation agreements that are filed with the courts * ensures compliance with support orders from reciprocating jurisdictions

Application:

The court files a Support Order and Support Deduction Order with the Family Responsibility Office, which then issues a Support Deduction Notice to the known income source(s)

Eligibility / Target Population:

Any person who receives or who pays support under a support order made by an Ontario court, or under a domestic contract or paternity agreement that is accompanied by an affidavit in support of filing
