Service Description:

CMWP includes two components:Designed to be responsive to the individual needs of each child and family * Interactive, inclusive and age-appropriate individual and group programming will support participants in building capacity and skills in the areas of:- resilience
- coping strategies
- mindfulness
- emotion regulation
- conflict resolution
- social/life skills and more
24/7 crisis support also available to assist children and families who are experiencing mental health challenges and/or crisis.
