Practical hands-on training for people living with a disability to gain independence * group day program and individual support in the home or community * develops comprehensive skills for employment seekers, living independently or with support, or post-secondary education* help with emotional regulation and behavioural management

- assertive training
- home skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
- safety at home and in the community
- social skills
- budgeting and money management
- computer skills
Employment or Volunteering Skills:
- responsibility and professionalism in the workplace
- resume building and interview preparation
- hands-on experience with volunteering in the community
