Service Description:

Adult day program offers social/recreational supports in a group setting for older adults with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia, frail elderly and/or chronic illness * opportunities for social, spiritual, recreational, and therapeutic activities are facilitated * provides a break for family caregivers who are responsible for day-to-day care- recreation/ leisure activities
- inter-generational programming with on-site child care centre and inclusive programming with adults with a developmental disability
- side-by-side cycling program
- pet partnership
- daily exercises
- spiritual care programs
- meals and snacks provided
Companions in CARE - 6 week dementia care-partner support and education series offered quarterly
