Volunteer supported meal and transportation services to adults with disabilities and seniors within the City of London
Daily meals delivered Mon, Wed and Fri 11am-1:30pm * weekend meals delivered chilled on Fri * frozen meals delivered weekly on Thu * special diet types and texture modifications available
Short term caregiver relief, recuperation, seasonal or long-term assistance available * no long-term contract required
No services provided on:
- New Year's Day
- Family Day
- Good Friday
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day
- Civic Holiday
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Boxing Day
Special delivery on Christmas Day

- Non-emergency transportation to local essential appointments with doctors and healthcare professionals * volunteer drivers * wheelchairs cannot be accommodated * service available Mon-Fri only * must be able to get in and out of a vehicle on their own and left on their own
