Huron Perth Public Health Seeking Community Feedback on Sexual Health Clinics

Huron Perth, ON – Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is seeking input on its sexual health clinic services. Residents of Huron and Perth counties are invited to share their feedback through an online survey that opened
on July 13.

Any Huron or Perth County resident may complete the survey, whether or not they have ever attended an HPPH sexual health clinic.

“We want to hear from community members about what is working well and where there may be opportunities to improve,” says Reba Oldridge, public health promoter at HPPH. “Feedback from both clients and non-clients will help us better understand residents’  experiences, identify potential barriers to access, and improve sexual health services for residents across Huron and Perth.”

The anonymous and confidential survey takes five to 10 minutes to complete. Participants
will have the option to enter a draw for a chance to win one of three $50 gift cards.

The survey can be accessed directly from https://ca.mar.medallia.com/?e=90016267&d=l&h=3B2C90E39CBC6EC&l=en, or through a link on the sexual health clinics webpage, www.hpph.ca/sexualhealth. It will be open through the summer.

HPPH sexual health clinics are located in Clinton, Exeter, Goderich, Listowel, and Stratford. Clinics offer confidential and inclusive services, including testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, low-cost birth control, pregnancy testing and options counselling, emergency contraception, cervical screening, and referrals to other health services.
